Obituary

C. William “Bill” “Scooter” Schroeder, 62 of Delphi passed away at his residence on Feb. 14, 2022. He was born on Jan. 19, 1960 in Benton Harbor, MI to the late William Schroeder Sr and Nancy (Hopper) Schroeder. He attended Michigan Lutheran High School and Lake Shore High School.

He serviced in the US Air Force from 1984-1994.

He married Janet Mullendore on July 20, 2007 in Delphi and she survives.

He retired from the Maintenance Dept. at Indiana Packers.

He enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, working with airplane models, turkey hunting and going to the shooting range.

He was a member of Hog and the AM Vets Post 91 in Monticello.

Along with his wife, Janet he is survived by children: Jeremy (Lynn) Schroeder of Apple Valley, MN; Teri (James) Udry of Ohio; Krissy Griffey of Battle Ground; Gary Foreman Jr (Companion: Becca) of Delphi; his best friend, Devlin of Seymour; step-mother, Ann Schroeder of MI; brother, Van (Laura) Schroeder of MI and sister, Cindy (Donald) Lausman of MI; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Scott Foreman; brother, Tim; 2 great grandchildren

Family and Friends will gather at Davidson Funeral Home from 2:00 pm until the 5:00 pm memorial service on Feb. 19, 2022.  to honor his life. Pastor John Westfall will officiate. Military Rites at Davidson Funeral Home by the Carroll County Honor Guard.

Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the Disabled Vets or the donor’s favorite charity.
